How can I order?

In the shop, online or via email and telephone.  All contact details can be found here. If your order is urgent and requires an immediate response it may be worth giving us a quick call as we can be away from email for long periods of the day due to working on designs and machinery.

Do you offer delivery on my order?

We do offer a delivery service: please notify us from the onset should you require delivery, otherwise it is assumed that all orders shall be collected.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within SK10 and SK11 is free of charge where possible.

For all other areas, please ask for a quote on delivery at the beginning of the order – postage and packaging is based upon Royal Mail 1st recorded delivery

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept payment in the form of cheques, debit cards or cash. We also take credit cards (a 2% surcharge can apply). Should we require an upfront deposit you will be notified at the point of quotation. All our online payments are conducted through one of our trusted and secure online payment gateways; WorldPay, PayPal or Stripe. Payment is required on collection or within the specified invoiced date. Late payment fees may apply.

There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?

We work hard to make sure you order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order but it shall be at our discretion as to whether you will be charged for any work done up to the point of cancellation following acceptance of a quote.

I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?

Please check your design in it’s entirety carefully before confirming that you are happy for us to go to print.. We are not proof readers or editors so it is important you check content as well as layout. If you spot an error after you’ve confirmed you are happy for us to go to print, further charges will be incurred if a reprint is required.

Do you design bespoke stationery?

Why should your product be like anybody else’s? We would love to work with you to create a product just for you.

How do I see a proof of my order before printing?

If we have designed your artwork we shall email you a proof for your approval before going to print. If you require a printed sample we are happy to do this for you too. Please note that some more complex products may require payment for a printed sample eg foiled products

If I am designing my own artwork do I need to send it to you in a specific format?

Yes, please ask for us to send you a copy of our “Just Print Guidelines”.

Are you papers environmentally friendly?

All our material for digital printing are FSC approved; we can offer some fantastic eco-friendly products like “Ellie-poo paper” and “seeded paper”!
